Contract Payments completed!

A new feature has been developed in Catch-e to create and manage Finance and Insurance payments to suppliers. We are delighted that this feature has been implemented and believe it will simplify a very time consuming process.

Payments can:

  • Create a payment schedule for each vehicle during set-up
  • Generate bulk payment transactions for each supplier
  • Email a Payment Advice to your supplier

Who benefits? Fleet Managers and Salary Packagers who need to make finance and insurance payments on vehicles.

Bookings module completed!

Managing short-term hires and keeping track of supplier charges can be a difficult and time-consuming process.

We're excited to have delivered a Bookings module to help clients manage short-term hires. We believe it can help users save time, money and reduce errors in this area.

"Bookings" can

  • Record and manage bookings
  • Allocate an internal, hire car or loaned car to the booking
  • Record the vehicle condition when going out or being returned
  • Calculate and invoice booking charges to clients
  • Calculate and process payments to suppliers

Who benefits? Fleet Managers who need to manage short-term hire vehicles sourced from an internal fleet or from Car Hire companies.

Stress Free FBT

Catch-e can now create an email with a one-time URL link for drivers to enter their FBT Odometer readings directly into Catch-e. This saves them from the hassle of logging in. A range of data validation rules prevents Drivers from entering unsuitable readings. Prelimanary advice emails can be sent and an auto-conformation email is generated and sent back to the driver when a reading has been entered. This creates an added layer of security to the process.

User set-up Improvements

We've made some improvements to how users are set-up.

All users now have the option of being set-up as "Read Only". Users can view screens, print documents and export reports and files, but no system data can be altered in any way.

A check-box has been created to enable external users to be provided access to a filtered combination of Clients, Divisions, Cost Centres and States. Vehicles that conform to the selections will be available for viewing and editing as per the existing defined role permissions.

This provides enormous flexibility and possibilities for user access for organisations with a variety of user needs, such as matrix reporting structures. E.g. a Manager may need to review vehicles of a selected Division or Cost Centre across the companies within a group, or a State Manager should see only the vehicles in their state.
